The emotional wounds he carried,
Before he got condemned to the cross.
He introduced his teachings through parables after his mother and brothers
Came out to get him to come back “home”, and he had to rebuke them.
We know the timing of the day as a matter of fact:
The tax collector reported the day diligently and to the most significant iota.

He carried the hurt all day long, then tried to isolate himself, and they all followed,
Except his mother and brothers.
He started with the parable of the Sower to signal to his mother and brothers
That they misunderstood him all along.

He teaches via the parable of the Sower a way to explain what he meant
All these years when he “went in his head” and “felt misunderstood” in his home,
“Like that time when he went to live 40 days in the desert, after having gone get baptized”.

We have no indication to believe that he spoke
With either one of his parents about spirituality.
We have no indication of him going to theology to pursue any sort of calling
Even though both his earthly parents knew that he was sent as the son of God.
Neither one of his earthly parents is being described as particularly interested in dwelling
In the house of the Lord
(except for a significant fest –
The one during which he would end up dying
25 years later, in the same city).
He overstayed in Jerusalem so he could have a chat with the scribes and pharisees.
He wanted to chat with them about the Law, and the meaning of teaching the Law, etc.
These were the kind of chats he was interested in.
Except, we don’t have any indication to believe that he was able to “talk about God”
With his earthly parents and family.

These were thirty some years being part of a family and community
All the while feeling deeply misunderstood
And “hungry for” conversations about the meaning of life, with just about anybody.

After he is done introducing the concept of blindness towards the messages that he carries,
Via the parable of the Sower, he adds, on the same day, five parables to give all the angles
Around the meaning of life, describing five angles of paradise, and five ways to get there.

After he is done with this masterpiece of lessons condensed, like a mustard seed, in one day
Via 6 parables following his rebuking of his mother and brothers, he goes back to Nazareth.
There, he finally gets to exchange at the synagogue and teach.
They hear him talk, and they rebuke him.
They rebuke him because they feel astonished at what he is teaching,
But cannot believe that he is genuine because “he is from” Nazareth,
i.e. he grew up there and his family is known and resides there,
But he is not welcomed as “that Jesus who loved to chat with folks
At the synagogue: where did his thoughts lead him, this time?”

Jesus Christ as we know him was not known in Nazareth
As a man who chatted about God’s law and the meaning of life
Within Nazareth, where his family is known and where he grew up.
He surprises them as he returns, after the parables of the Sower and the seeds,
Only to be rebuked by his “hometown” and ending up “on his way away from there”.
How many emotional wounds to his heart, before his arrest?
How many emotional wounds to his heart, before his ministry?
How many emotional wounds to his heart shaped his philosophy?
His father was not talking to him non-stop.
His Father appeared to him and reveled himself to him at intervals.
All the rest of his earthy life: he had to figure it out, not having conversations
With his parents about it
With his siblings about it
With his friends and neighbours about it.
The son of Man was in his head, likely most of the time, likely since he was born.
The son of Man likely spent a great deal of time in his head mending his emotional wounds,
As he felt greatly misunderstood in his family and was rebuked by his “hometown”.
Two thousand years ago from today:
How was Jesus spending his evenings and nights, mending all these wounds?

Here you are, trying to teach them something, and all they want is to touch you
So that you can open their wombs, straighten their phalluses, and/or tighten their skin.
Here you are, trying to teach them something, and all they want is for you
To tell them that you will keep them in your thoughts and ask The Almighty (for them) to be keen
Enough to remember to open their wombs, straighten their phalluses, and/or tighten their skin.
Here you are, trying to teach them something:
“Remember my name!” you can hear them screaming.
